老店故事The Shop
金祥排骨麵位於德輔道西316號標準大廈地下，開業數十年，是西營盤街坊與香港大學學生的共同食堂。店內以傳統上海麵為主，湯底堅持自家熬製、不加味精，飲品如豆漿、酸梅湯、菊花茶皆自家製作。
人龍店一間，午市及週末尤其旺；座位緊凑，拼桌是常態——但排骨香脆、雲吞飽滿，值得等候。
Kam Cheung Pork Noodle sits at the ground floor of Piu Chun Building, 316 Des Voeux Road West, and has served Sai Ying Pun locals and HKU students for decades. Traditional Shanghai-style noodles, house-made MSG-free broth, and homemade soy milk, sour plum drink and chrysanthemum tea.
Expect queues at lunch and on weekends — tables are close, sharing is normal. The crisp pork chops and plump wontons are worth the wait.
